Thoughts on preparing a resume
So, I’ve been sitting here in front of the computer for half an hour, staring at my resume in its current incarnation and wondering what I can do to take it from standard business student blah to something with just a little bit more personality. Something that says “hey, hire me, because I might be a business student but I’m also so much more, and also, I don’t wear a suit all the time.”
At the same time, I don’t want to inject too much personality into it, because there’s a fine line between cool and annoying and I certainly don’t want to be the job applicant who steps over it.
